Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf invites you to join the Kings’ Club. The club is designed to enhance the resort lifestyle of property owners, residents, and guests’ golf experience with the spirit of aloha, it strives to bring friends and golfers together in the pursuit of friendship and to delight in the storied traditions of the game.
There are two membership plans, Gold and Silver. Members of both plans enjoy an array of amenities such as discounts in the golf shop, along with complimentary access to practice facilities, club concierge services, and immediate family privileges.
All residential property owners, Hawai`i residents, and part-time residents are welcome to join the Kings’ Club at Waikoloa Beach Resort Golf Membership.

The Kings’ Club Gold Membership
In addition to all the wonderful benefits of the Kings’ Club, the Gold Membership plan is an excellent option for property owners to maximize their rental income. With roughly 1,000 plus condominium units within Waikoloa Beach Resort, and over 1,000 hotel rooms, luxury oceanfront estates, single-family homes, and timeshare units; you need to offer your prospects’ additional value to attract their attention. The Gold Membership allows you to do just that.
Membership Privileges & Benefits
- Advertise and market your rental property as a Kings’ Club Golf Gold Member Accommodation.
- Marketing collateral is provided to remind guests of the benefits they receive by staying at your property
- Gold Member properties are listed on WaikoloaGolf.Com and linked to your property website, or property management website
- Preferred green fees for overnight occupants set Gold Member Accommodations apart from the rest
- Club Concierge Services for members, guests, and overnight Gold occupants

GOLF MEMBERSHIP 2025 SCHEDULE OF DUES AND FEES
Gold Memberships Annual Dues: $2,400.00
Golf Fees
- 18-Holes will consist of a combination of two nines (Beach/Kings’, Beach/Lakes, & Kings’/Lakes) members, member’s immediate family & accompanied guests golf rate $65.00 per round
- 9-Holes (Beach, Kings’, &Lakes) members, member’s immediate family & accompanied guests golf rate $40.00 per round
- 18-Holes overnight guest occupants staying in a Gold Unit $90.00 per round. No tee time restrictions.
- Rental Clubs $45.00 per set
Club Concierge Services
Club Concierge Service is available which will enable members to arrange for a variety of personal services including assistance with:
- Tee Time Reservations
- Event Registration
Immediate Family Privileges
A member, his or her spouse and their unmarried children age 18 or under are entitled to membership benefits.
Preferred Pricing
Members are entitled to receive preferred Club golf pricing and other discounts
- 15% Member discount on merchandise at golf shop
- 15% Member discount on golf lessons
Accompanied Guest Privileges
Accompanied Guests of Member in Member’s’ foursome may play golf at the member’s rate.
